Thank you for shopping at Zuvro! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please find our shipping terms below:
1. 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To ensure a high-quality experience for our community, we currently operate as a COD-only store.
- The Verification Call: Every order placed on our website requires a mandatory verification. You will receive a WhatsApp message or a phone call from our team within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Important: Your order will only be sent for printing once it is confirmed via this verification. Unverified orders will be canceled after 48 hours to prevent accidental orders.
2. Processing & Printing Time
Every product at Zuvro is made-to-order just for you. We don’t keep old stock; we print fresh!
- Processing Time: It typically takes 2–3 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.
- Holidays: Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.
3. Shipping Timelines
Once your order is printed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, etc.).
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of on all orders across India.
- COD Handling Fee: A nominal fee of may be applied at checkout to cover the secure cash collection service provided by our courier partners.
5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.
- If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the delivery executive via the contact number provided.
- If a package is returned to our warehouse (RTO) due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we can re-ship it to you for an additional re-shipping fee of ₹70.
6. Order Tracking
You can track your order directly on our website under the "Track Order" section or via the link sent to your mobile number. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us at [zuvrobusiness@gmail.com].
