Refund policy

Welcome to Zuvro. Because each of our products is custom-printed specifically for you through our manufacturing partners, our return policy differs from traditional retail. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Damages and Defects (Quality Guarantee)

We take great pride in our quality. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will provide a free replacement at no extra cost.

  • Report Window: You must report the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Requirement: To process a claim for damage, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect clearly visible.
  • How to claim: Email us at [zuvrobusiness@gmail.com] with your Order ID and the unboxing video.

2. Sizing and "Change of Mind"

Because our items are printed on demand (made-to-order), we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Change of mind or "disliking" the design/fabric after delivery.
  • Pro Tip: Please refer to our Size Chart on each product page before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure a smooth delivery process for our 100% COD store:

  • Order Verification: All orders must be verified via WhatsApp or Phone Call before we start printing. Unverified orders will be canceled after 48 hours.
  • Open Box Delivery: Our courier partners do not allow packages to be opened before payment is made.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, the customer may be blacklisted from future orders at Zuvro.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Once the order moves into the "Printing" stage with our manufacturing partner, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

5. Returns to Origin (RTO)

If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address or because the customer was unavailable, we will attempt to re-ship it. A re-shipping fee of ₹70 will apply for the second delivery attempt.
